Every Drop in the Bucket is a Smile in Your Pocket, so remember that when you start taking control of your own finances.

In other words "YOUR MONEY," being in control of your own finances is a feeling you probably just imagine if you have never done it for yourself or if you have had to have everything allotted to you in your marriage.

Once you decide that the weekly allotment issued out to you is no longer acceptable to you nor is living the way you live no longer acceptable you will start to change things for yourself.

You have to readily admit that you allowed this to happen and you let it continue, thinking oh he gives me whatever I want or oh he pays for everything, without ever thinking, but what do I have?

That was Then, This is now, and speaking from actual experience I can tell you that an account with your name and your name only on it is a good feeling. I have a friend who says that every woman needs a KMA account, and she's right. What's a KMA account you ask? Kiss My A_ _ account that's what it is.

Giving someone else complete control of finances is a mistake many wives make, and often regret it when their finances head south on horseback, and the creditor's right behind. Un-foreseen things often times happen such as an unexpected illness or death, but when your finances are a mess because of the lack of seeing about them, then that's something different.

Financial responsibilities must be met regardless and someone must see that they are. Getting a job, even if its only a few days a week, the money is yours, and that small sense of financial freedom regardless of how menial will give you that feeling of its mine.

Learn how easy it is to budget, because you can budget a little money, but it's impossible to budget no money, then start to put a little away each week, you'll be surprised at how fast it will add up. Keep your account and the information to yourself, and tell no one until you make your decision as to what you want to do
